Bush, The Texas Hayseed
Don't misunderestimate Miers
October 4th, 2005
President Bush is a politician trained in strategic thinking at Harvard Business School, and schooled in tactics by experience and advice, including the experience and advice of his father, whose most lasting political mistake was the nomination of David Souter. The nomination of Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court shows that he has learned his lessons well. Regrettably, a large contingent of conservative commentators does not yet grasp the strategy and tactics at work in this excellent nomination.
Note: The downfall of the Liar, Liar Pants on Fire Bush is an Idiot crowd is their total failure to accept the reality of President Bush.

"President Bush is a politician trained in strategic thinking at Harvard Business School"
"But the President understands that confirmation is nothing but a political game, ever since Robert Bork, truly one of the finest legal minds of his era, was demonized and defeated."
"The President’s smashing victory in obtaining 78 votes for the confirmation of John Roberts...."
"Yes, he is playing politics by nominating a female. A defeated nominee does him and the future of American jurisprudence no favors. By presenting a female nominee, he kicks a leg out from under the stool on which the feminist left sits."
"Defusing, demoralizing and discrediting the reflexive opposition groups in the Democrats’ base is an important goal for the President, and for his possible Republican successors in office.
"
"This president understands small group dynamics in a way that fewif any of his predecessors ever have. Perhaps this is because he was educated at Harvard Business School in a legendary course then-called Human Behavior in Organizations."
"One of the lessons the President learned at Harvard....."
"George Bush has already succeeded in having confirmed a spectacularly-qualified intellectual leader of the Court in Chief Justice Roberts."
That Meiers woman? Oh, yes, like us flyover Evangelical hayseeds would say, "she has the heart of a servant." Mark 9:35 NIV
"profit parasite lawyer"
Hey, so you love lawyers, samwich. Whatever, I love them also. No matter since O'Conner's replacement will be a lawyer.
Have you ever seen a doctor about your psychoses?
Mr. Ducky, if President Bush is not a genius why is he President and you are just another complaining yankee loser?
Start a gay wedding catering business? I thought you are the gay wedding.
So THIS is where you've been dragging your feckless flabby ass lately Bub! How sad.
And you have a lot of nerve re-posting anything from a publication that has 'thinker' in the title.
Take care guys,
Hank Snow
Mr. Ducky, you know how I dislike being a technical nitpicker, however, you are usually wrong so pick nits I must. Big Bubba does not collect any pensions. If you have one for me I gratefully will accept it. I receive Disability Compensation from the V.A. I am on the Civil Service rolls as a disability anuitant. I eagerly await my social security retirement benefit.
Hey, Duck, did I mention that the little Ms. Big Bubbette is going to apply for education benefits? Since I am now rated 100% by the V.A. she qualifies for a monthly stipend while receiving additional training in Health Care. Hey, Mr. Duck, I want to thank you for supporting veterans, and their spouses, by being a loyal taxpayer. You're the best, Duck.
I hope that Hank Snow will return. The Big Bubba's Big Blog hopeless dumbass position has proven to be difficult to fill.
Hank, do stick around. Any day now, we'll have Big Bubba fundraising for President Hillary's re-election campaign...
Bubba, if you're going to put on a uniform for a period of time knowing you might get shot at, you just go and take all the veteran's benefits you want. Chompski will even throw in an RC and a moonpie.
Mr. Ducky, you yankees know about the joys of R-o-C cola and Moon Pies? Bless your heart.
This veteran certainly does thank you, Taxpayer Duck. I never had to endure the zings and owies of the heroic Vietnam epic maker, Hanoi John, however I did have the little men shooting at me in Korea and Vietnam.
"your complete unwillingness to state why you support"
1. I will not vote for Hanoi John in this life or the next.
2. It irritates you.
3. Because.
Don't insult my intelligence with silly questions and propositions. You know why the South, especially Vietnam Veterans, voted against Hanoi John. By the way, FYI, we equally dislike Tipsy Ted and Tanker Dukakis. Y'all keep coming up with the stiffs and we will keep voting against them.
R-o-C cola, Moon Pies and Goo Goo clusters are available here. RC Cola is a little less popular in this part of Texas than the cowboy champagne, Big Red.
Maybe not even so deep, Ducky, Maybe it's just who butters their bread. Lord knows there's NO WAY those swords will ever be beaten into plowshares again, and the military-industrial complex must be fed. MONGO HUNGRY!!!!
Pay no attention to that Cold War BB, and those infiltrators coming through the fences south of the Injin were just looking to attend their family reunions in the South. Really!

Mr. Ducky, you and Norm are very hard headed when confronting reality. Why bring up the religious beliefs of Southerners when Hanoi John failed to meet the religious expectations of the Catholic Church. Seems to me just another example of Evangelicals and Catholics being in agreement.
Hanoi John brags and struts about his tour of duty. He didn't have one. I served in Vietnam for a twelve month tour of duty. That was the norm.
Mr. Ducky you say "we got chumped in Vietnam." What was your status? Served honorably? Dodged the draft? Protester? Doing that yellow thingy in your diapers? C'mon Duck everybody was somewhere. Where were you?
Oh, and Norm, we could care less about plowshares, swords and all that rot. We are men of war and our weapons are never too far from our plows. When we plows, we plows. When we fights, we fights.
And furthermore, if you fail to appreciate the importance of the will to fight of the Southern Men of War just pause and ponder on why they called those Forts Polk, Bragg, A.P. Hill, Benning, Campbell, Gordon, McPherson, Jackson, Stewart and Sam Houston.
"attend their family reunions in the South"
Perhaps, Farmer John. The well maintained grave sites north of the Imjin and even within the DMZ never ceased to amaze us. Sometimes we caught a Korean heading north with the purpose of maintaining the family grave site. The thought of unattended ancestral gravesites is very traumatic to Koreans.
