Grand Jury Re-Indicts DeLay on New Charge
Ronnie Earle's original indictment has been dropped because the lad tried to charge Tom DeLay with a violation that occured prior to enactment of the Great State of Texas 2003 campaign finance law that he was alleged to have violated. The new indictment is a charge that Tom DeLay conspired to launder money and engaged in money laundering. The money laundering charge carries up to life in prison. The price of political disagreement is very high indeed in the Great State of Texas.
Ronnie Earle has gone from the simply silly to the sublimely ridiculous. The only good to come out of this will be the months of entertainment and distraction of morons, low grade imbeciles, Ducks, mindless twits and pseudo intellectual progressive liberal rabid Bush hating demoracists.

There's nothing quite as amusing as a lawyer ignorant of the law.

Mr. Ducky, here's another news flash and a prediction for you. President Bush will be President until the year 2008. Once he has left office his legacy will easily begin to overtake and best the legacy of the former First Prevaricator William Jefferson Clinton. Bonus prediction. The Duck will remain clueless until the end of his days.
I won't say anything about Tom DeLay because Big Bubba the Munificent does not want to detract from the fun all the sore losers, morons, low grade imbeciles, mindless twits and pseudo intellectual progressive liberal demoracists are having with this lame non-issue.
It is indeed unfortunate, from the demoracist viewpoint, that George W. Bush is not the lying, cheating sleazebag like the First Prevaricator William Jefferson Clinton is. If President Bush were to be more Clintonesque then they would not have to be out there grasping for straws with the DeLay and Fitzgerald grand juries. It is pathetic when your political offensive consists of repeatedly shouting, "Liar, liar, pants on fire."
samwich, when the choice is Hanoi John I would vote for any Republican candidate within reason. Whether or not Bush is the ideal conservative, Republican, or whatever is not relevant to me. President Bush or Hanoi John were the choices. I am happy that it was President Bush who led us through the horrors of 9-11 not Hanoi John.
