For those willing to make the deaths of our soldiers a political issue, Cindy Sheehan is a heroine. Most would prefer she go away, they feel as I do she’s disrespecting the sacrifices our men and women are making. Cindy Sheehan and her Liberal Democratic sponsors are out of line. Rumor has it she’s being paid $20,000 to sit in protest against the president. She seem to care less about the sacrifices her son was evidently willing to make than she is about becoming the nations new, 15 minutes of fame. Her son served in a volunteer army, every soldier knows the risks, most are willing to take them to preserve freedom anywhere in the world they’re asked to go. Men like Casey Sheehan Cindy’s son aren’t concerned with skin color, religion, political beliefs, they’re concerned with life and death, regardless of who and where. Casey Sheehan re-enlisted knowing he’d be deployed to serve a tour in Iraq.

We are amused, Duck, that you would think that Big Bubba would fear this intellectual dim bulb. My fascination for this issue is how this woman has chosen to dishonor her son's name and honorable service. We are equally amused to the national media's devotion to the propagation of this non-issue.

In the New Testament it is said that "The poor you will always have with you....." (Matthew 26:11). That actually could be a long list with anti-semitism right up there at the top of the list of "things we will always have with us." As a Calvinist, and Evangelical, whether or not I support Israel is not subject to discussion.

Did you see Cindy at Rep. John Conyers House basement Committee Hearings on the Downing Street Memo? Joe Wilson was there telling everyone about those nasty Bush Administration LIES that got us into the whole Iraq mess.
During the hearings just about every member of the progressive causcus took a pledge to work to begin getting the USA out of Iraq IMMEDIATELY. Then they all lined up behind Cindy and marched out of the hearing room to begin acting on their pledge.
I think we've discovered a new meaning for the term "human shield".

I wonder if "Sheehan Plan" is one of the tactics they teach as part of the Peace and Conflict Studies curriculum at Cambridge. Instead of using tanks to invade a country, you simply take a woman who has lost her son in battle... then line up all your politicians behind her skirts... then march through the streets until enough reporters gather to be able to declare "Victory".
If only Hitler had been smart enough to use this tactics against the French instead of that stupid and wastefull Blitzkrieg strategy. Thank goodness they don't teach THOSE strategies as part of their curriculum!

That's why every time THEY INITIATED a war they lost lives, equipment, resources and land. Maybe if they collectively realize they are not man enough to actually wage legitimate war they could hold on to their land.
Please note that Israel has never gained an inch of land because they initiated a war of aggression.
