CABLE BATTLE: CNN HEAD CALLS FOXNEWS COVERAGE 'MEANINGLESS NONSENSE'
Tue Aug 23 2005 20:34:26 ET
CNN President Jonathan Klein implies ratings news leader FOXNEWS is mired in coverage of "meaningless nonsense," claiming: "Fourteen Americans dead, and they have Natalee Holloway on," Klein says. "And they're supposedly America's news channel."
I will confess to being a Foxfan. I find the pretentiously ignorant progressive liberal pseudo intellectual demoracists, communists, and professional President Bush haters, who have infected most of the other broadcast media to be most tiring. Fox, in the interest of "fair and balanced reporting" has a stable of pretentiously ignorant progressive liberal pseudo intellectual demoracists, communists, and professional President Bush haters that I also find most tiring. The good thing about Fox is that they provide small, easy to swallow doses of these people in order to inform both points of view in approximately equal amounts. This is a non argument in the great tradition of American capitalism. The ratings are a strong indication of what the people want.
I think it is great fun to be accused of being a fan of "meaningless nonsense" and implications of "brainless." Us flyover hayseeds are so ignorant that we elected George W. Bush, twice, to be President of this great nation. It's good to be a red state hayseed.

Just what America needs, more bodycounts and readings of the "names of the fallen". It's the victims, stupid!... the "official mantra" of the nightly MSM New Channels, as sponsored by...the Democratic Party.... creating victims for achieving revolutionary social control since 1917.

I have heard some amazing statements today - all on Fox News. Statement 1: The pseudo intellectual progressive liberal demoracist buzz is that Bush is "strutting and arrogant." President Bush could travel on the ground like a worm with a paper sack over his head and the pseudo intellectual progressive liberal demoracists would claim that he is "strutting and arrogant." The technical term for the pseudo intellectual progressive liberal demoracist whiners is "sore losers."
Statement 2: President Bush needs to be more sensitive and show his sensitivity by meeting with more grieving survivors like cranky mom Cindy Sheehan. How many times does President Bush have to meet with cranky mom to please CNN and the New York Times?
Big Bubba believes that it is impossible to placate sore losers. Just let them whine.
I think the sheep-informers, like our major pols, are starting to visibly show the effects of having attended too many galleria opennings and lobbyist sponsored tax- deductible press conferences/ media events. They're addicted to whine and cheese. They'd probably pass out from gastronomical distress if they were ever offered, consumed, or even witnessed a complete meal.

mr. ducky,
Don't be surprised if that in the days immediately preceeding official separation, 90% of your economy, and 90% of your "happy families" pack up their mini-vans and head for the Heart-land. The only way you could ever keep 'em is to build a new "Berlin" wall.

Big Bubba eliminated blogger spam. I find it very objectionable on grounds of stupidity. It is the Amway/Jehovah's Witness annoyance of the internet. If I wanted to make money off of the internet it sure wouldn't be with a two bit blog and blogger spam.
Mr. Ducky, would you really be so kind as to let us go like my great grandparents dreamed of years ago?
If Texas were an independent nation it would have the eighth largest economy in the world.
In 2004, for the third year in a row, Texas was ranked as the number one state by export revenues. Texas exports for 2004 totaled $117.2 billion, which is $18.3 billion more than 2003 and represents an 18.6 percent increase.
The state’s largest export market continued to be its NAFTA trading partners, which accounted for approximately 50 percent of total state exports during 2004. Mexico continues as the top export destination with $45.7 billion in Texas exports, an increase of almost 10 percent from 2003 and representing almost 40 percent of total 2004 Texas exports.

Central Bank of Iraq
Samwich, you have to go with inference to answer the question since it is not directly answered. Looking at the site, it looks to me that the Central Bank of Iraq is roughly the same as our Federal Reserve Bank.
I have a newly purchased template loaded in my Front Page program for modification to use on misanthropundit.com. I probably will use phpBB for discussion software.
Things are going slow for the moment. My best friend (the Mulberry St. wise guy) called me last night to tell me that his 36 year old nephew had passed away. I am in a state of shock. There will be visitation, Rosary, etc. to attend to this week. The boy was about the same age as my two boys and this was totally unexpected.
