Farmer John, I believe I took all of the quotes from The Federalist Patriot No. 05-45, dated 11 November 2005. I also received the e-mail that I have posted above "Pardon Me..........." that you and others may find useful.
Again, I highly recommend a personal subscription for all to The Federalist Patriot.
